Welcome to Naturinex Wellness Guide, provided by Cien Rios LLC ("Naturinex," "we," "us," or "our").

Naturinex offers educational, general-wellness information only.
It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Using Naturinex does not establish a provider-patient relationship.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the App you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Naturinex.

2. Age Requirements

Users must be 17 years or older. Those under 18 should use the App with parental guidance.

3. AI Technology Notice

Naturinex uses AI (OpenAI, Google Gemini) to generate wellness suggestions. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate; always verify independently.

Our AI system is enhanced with data from authoritative sources:

PubChem (NIH): Chemical compound safety data
WHO: Traditional medicine guidelines
MSKCC: Cancer-herb interaction information

4. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

5. Content Accuracy & Risks

Information may not be exhaustive or up-to-date.
Natural products can still pose risks, allergies, or interactions.
Individual results vary. Always cross-check information.
We use AI-powered safety validation, but human review is essential.

6. Data Sources & Attribution

Naturinex incorporates data from respected medical databases:

7. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content you upload. You grant Naturinex a non-exclusive license to process that content solely to operate and improve the App. Do not upload sensitive medical records or personally identifiable health information.

8. Premium Subscriptions

Billed via Stripe (monthly / annual).
Auto-renews unless canceled in the App.
Cancel anytime; access continues until the current period ends.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Beta testers may receive special pricing or free access.

9. Intellectual Property

All App content and code are owned by Cien Rios LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission. Medical data from public sources retains its original licensing.

10. Third-Party Services

Naturinex interfaces with Firebase, Stripe, AI providers, and medical databases, each governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or remain inactive for an extended period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naturinex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or wellness outcomes. Total liability is capped at amounts you paid Naturinex in the previous 12 months.

Special Note: Natural remedies can have serious side effects and interactions. Our AI safety validation is not infallible.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cien Rios LLC harmless from claims arising from your App use or violation of these Terms.

14. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Key points: no sale of wellness data; deletion on request; robust security measures; transparent data source attribution.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
Disputes will be resolved first informally, then—if unresolved—by binding arbitration in Florida.
Class-action waivers apply where permitted.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Cien Rios LLC regarding the App.
